Meet the team

President

Justin Schnettler

Justin Schnettler serves as a principal and manager of the Rezamp Lending, LLC. Mr. Schnettler has been in real estate since 2009 and has acquired over 300 properties in Arizona, Michigan, Indiana, and Texas.

In 2013, Mr. Schnettler co-founded Rezamp, LLC which is a real estate software company that analyzes
investment properties in real time. In 2016, Mr. Schnettler co-founded Rezamp Lending, LLC which is a licensed mortgage bank in Arizona. Prior to 2009, Mr. Schnettler was a Program Engineering Manager and Propulsion Engineer at Orbital
Sciences Corp.

He has a MBA from Arizona State University – WP Carey School of Business and an B.S.E. Engineering Physics degree from University of Michigan.

Brandon Hunt

I grew up in the small town of Salem, Indiana. After attending Indiana University and graduating from the Kelley School of Business in 2004, I moved to Arizona to start a career in the real estate industry.

During the housing market collapse in 2008, I combined my midwest work ethic with my entrepreneurial spirit to start a real estate investment company. In 2010, I was recognized by Realtor Magazine as “30 Under 30” Honoree.

With roots growing up in Kentuckiana – bourbon, basketball, and the Kentucky Derby are in my blood. A few years ago, when my dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and a hometown friend’s 3-year-old daughter had tumors growing on her spine, I felt inspired to make a difference and started Bourbon Charity.

I am blessed with a beautiful family… my wife, Laura (Lala), my 9-year-old son, Traven, my 6-year-old daughter, Greylin, and our Golden Retriever, Skotch. We enjoy boating on Lake Powell, movie nights, nerf gun wars, and lots of chilling together.

Investment Manager

Alan Kittelman

Originally from Washington State, I attended Western Washington University before relocating to Arizona. I’ve had multiple successful startups and exits in the apparel, jewelry, and pet industry.

I entered real estate in 2004 as a sales associate before obtaining my brokers license in 2007. I’ve had the pleasure of holding the position of designated broker and managing an office of over 170 agents.

In 2013, I worked alongside Brandon Hunt and Justin Schnettler to start ReZamp, which opened and maintained multiple brokerages in markets across the US. We quickly branched into ReZamp Lending, and most recently founded Investor Title Agency.

I love being a dad to my beautiful, intelligent, strong daughter, Piper. Besides my passion for weight training and pickleball (3.2 DUPR), I get to enjoy watching my daughter grow into the person she is destined to become, and also see her follow in my footsteps playing club soccer.
